As a user of our services, you agree to:
Payment for our services must be made as specified in the project proposal or agreement. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
All intellectual property rights in the software and deliverables remain with Mark Computers Pvt. Ltd. unless explicitly transferred in writing. You retain ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the course of business. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.
We strive to provide high-quality services with reasonable response times. Specific service levels will be detailed in individual project agreements.
Our software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Support services are available as specified in separate service agreements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mark Computers Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or governmental actions.
Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Mark Computers Pvt. Ltd., superseding all prior agreements.
